Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Vystra Build account at any time, from the app or by email. We complete deletion within 7 days and email you when it is done.

From the app or website

1. Sign in at build.vystra.in or in the Vystra Android app.
2. Open Settings, then My profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account and press the button.

A company admin can choose to delete the whole company. A team member can delete their own login.

By email

Email admin@vystra.in from the email address you sign in with. Tell us whether you want only your login or the whole company deleted.

What is deleted

• Whole company: all sites, workers, attendance, materials, expenses, payments you recorded, customers, quotations, invoices, tasks, uploaded photos and bills, notifications, activity history, and every login of the company.
• One team member: their name, email, phone, photo and login. Site records they entered belong to the company and stay, shown as entered by "Deleted user".

What we keep

Records of payments you made to Vystra (amount, date, plan and payment reference) are kept as long as Indian tax law requires, with your company name removed. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire.
