Shipping and delivery

In short: Vystra Build is online software. Nothing physical is shipped. Your plan is switched on as soon as your payment reaches us.

What you receive

A Vystra Build plan gives your company access to the app at build.vystra.in and in the Vystra Android app, with the sites, team members, workers and storage of the plan you choose. It is delivered online, anywhere in India.

When it starts

Paying online (UPI, card or net banking), when offered in the app: the plan is switched on automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
Paying by UPI or bank transfer to Vystra: we switch the plan on as soon as the money reaches us, within one working day.

Either way you get an email receipt, and the plan and its end date show in Settings → Plan & billing.

If something is not right

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of paying, email admin@vystra.in with your company name and the payment reference. Refunds are covered by the refunds and cancellation policy.
