Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Vystra for using Vystra Build at build.vystra.in and in the Vystra Android app. Vystra Build is run by Karthik Raja V from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

The person who creates a company account is its admin. Admins can add team members, who sign in with their own email and password. You are responsible for everything done through your company's logins, so keep passwords private and remove people who leave.

2. Your data stays yours

Sites, workers, attendance, materials, expenses, customers, quotations, invoices and files you add belong to you. We store them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your records as spreadsheets (CSV) at any time and ask us to delete them.

3. Plans, trials and prices

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the prices page.
• New companies may get a free Starter trial. When a trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you buy a plan. Nothing is deleted when this happens.
• Paid plans are paid for one month or one year at a time. On the website they renew automatically until you turn auto-renew off. Prices are in Indian rupees. If GST applies, it is shown before you pay.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will tell company admins by email at least 30 days before a change affects them. A period you have already paid for is never repriced.

4. Payments and renewal

On the website you pay through Razorpay by UPI AutoPay, card or bank e-mandate. When you choose a plan you approve a recurring mandate, and we charge the plan price at the start of each month or year until you turn off auto-renew in Settings → Plan & billing or cancel the mandate with your bank or UPI app. Your bank or UPI app tells you before each payment; card and UPI renewals above ₹15,000 need you to approve each one. If a renewal fails, Razorpay tries again for up to 3 days; your plan stays until the end of the period already paid for, then moves to the Free plan if no payment succeeds. An upgrade charges only the difference for the rest of the current period. You can also pay by UPI or bank transfer to Vystra; those payments cover one period and do not renew. Payments inside the Android app are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card details. You get an email receipt for every payment. Subscriptions bought through Google Play follow Google Play's renewal and cancellation rules. Refunds are covered by the refunds and cancellation policy.

5. Fair use

Use Vystra Build only for lawful business purposes. Do not try to access other companies' data, overload or attack the service, resell it, or upload anything you do not have the right to store. We may pause an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

6. Availability and calculations

We work to keep Vystra Build available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Calculators, wage totals and quotations follow the inputs and rates you enter; please check important figures before you rely on them for payments or contracts. Keep your own exports of records you cannot afford to lose.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vystra is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Vystra Build at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as explained on the delete your account page. We may close the service or an account with 30 days' notice by email, and you will be able to export your data before that.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email company admins before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
