What Vystra Build does

Pick the site and the day, tick everyone who came, change hours only where needed, and save once. Each worker's pay is worked out from how they are paid.

• Six ways to pay: per day, per sq ft, per point, per piece, per kg, or a lump sum.
• Overtime and half days: enter the hours; overtime is paid at the rate you set for each worker.
• Mistakes are easy to fix: change or delete any day under Records and wages.
• Place on the map: a record made on a phone can save where it was marked, so you know it was done at the site.

Add each worker once, with their work and pay. They can be marked on any of your sites.

• One balance per worker: what they earned in attendance, what you paid, the advances they took, and what is still to pay.
• Pay or give an advance from the list: the payment goes into that site's money out; an advance is never counted as an extra cost.
• Thirteen kinds of work: mason, helper, carpenter, tile worker, painter, electrician, plumber, welder, false ceiling, POP and putty, AC, aluminium and glass, and others.

Every screen uses the same rules, so the dashboard, the Money page and every report always show the same profit.

• Money in: each payment from a client, by cash, UPI, bank transfer, cheque or card, with a receipt number.
• Money out: materials with quantity, rate, vendor and bill number; transport, equipment, food and other expenses; and wages.
• No double counting: a wage you pay is set against the same attendance, never added on top of it.

• Quotations: line items with quantity, unit and rate, GST, discount and your terms. Download a PDF with your logo and bank details, ready for WhatsApp or email.
• Invoices: track what is billed, paid and still due for each customer.
