Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling
Plans bought on the website renew automatically every month or year, using the UPI AutoPay mandate, card or bank e-mandate you approved in Razorpay. To stop, turn off auto-renew in Settings → Plan & billing, or cancel the mandate in your UPI or bank app. No further payments are taken. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Unused days are not refunded. Your data is not deleted.
Changing plan: an upgrade starts at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period; a downgrade starts at your next renewal. Plans paid by bank transfer or UPI to Vystra are one-off payments and do not renew.
Subscriptions bought inside the Android app through Google Play renew through Google Play. Cancel them in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions.
Refunds
- First payment for a plan: full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying.
- Charged twice or charged the wrong amount: we refund the extra amount in full, whenever you notice it.
- Renewals and upgrades after the first 7 days: not refundable, because the plan stays usable until the end of the period. Turning off auto-renew is not a reason for a refund.
- Google Play purchases: refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; you can also ask us and we will help.
How to ask
Email admin@vystra.in from your account's email address with your company name and the payment reference from your receipt. We reply within one working day.
Approved refunds go back the way you paid: to your bank account or UPI for transfers, or through Razorpay for online payments. Banks usually show the money within 5 to 7 working days. When a payment is refunded in full, the plan time it paid for is removed. Refunding an overcharge does not change your plan.
