Vystra ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Vystra - Construction App mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you register.
- Business Data: Project details, worker information, attendance records, material logs, expense entries, customer details, quotations, and payment records that you create within the App.
- File Uploads: Photos, documents, blueprints, and bills you attach to projects, workers, or expenses.
b) Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality.
- Usage Data: App feature usage patterns to improve our service (no personal data is shared with third parties).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality
- To authenticate your account and manage access
- To store and display your business data (projects, workers, expenses, quotations)
- To generate PDF quotations and reports
- To send in-app notifications about deadlines, payments, and attendance
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
3. Data Storage & Security
- All passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
- Authentication uses JWT tokens with expiration.
- Data is stored on secure cloud servers (Microsoft Azure) with encryption at rest.
- File uploads are stored in protected directories with access controls.
- We implement role-based access control (Super Admin, Admin, Engineer) to limit data access.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to:
- You and authorized users within your organization
- Our technical team for support purposes (only when you request help)
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all your data within the App.
- Export: You can export your data as CSV files from all modules.
- Deletion: You can request complete account and data deletion.
- Correction: You can update your information at any time through the App.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is designed for business professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
